Titans Hit Their Stride

Following a very tepid start to the season, your Cal State Fullerton Titans put together their best hockey of the year on the recent road trip to San Jose. Opening with a 2-1 loss against a very competitive San Jose State, the Titans set the tone for the weekend, playing very systematic and disciplined hockey. The following game against Cal Lutheran resulted in a 6-3 victory for the Titans, and the final game of the road trip ended in a 3-3 tie with Santa Clara University.

The mojo from the road trip carried over to the next game when CSUF faced UCSD in another road contest. Despite a slow start in that game, the Titans dominated and came out on top 9-1. The momentum was slowed slightly due to a short roster against NAU two days later, resulting in a 6-2 loss. Contrary to the score, given the tight numbers CSUF played a strong game and will look towards the upcoming games against LMU, Chapman, and CSUN on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th of December.
